1. 이 약관이 하는 일
이 약관은 한판고(hanpango.com, 이하 “한판고”)를 이용하실 때의 조건을 정합니다. 한판고를 여는 것만으로 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으시면 이용을 중단해 주시면 됩니다. 개인정보를 어떻게 다루는지는 별도의 개인정보 처리방침에 적어 두었고, 그 내용이 이 약관보다 우선합니다.
2. 어떤 서비스인가
한판고는 설치도 회원가입도 없이 브라우저에서 바로 즐기는 무료 미니 게임 모음입니다. 이용료를 받지 않으며, 계정을 만들지 않으므로 아이디나 비밀번호도 없습니다. 게임의 추가·수정·중단은 운영자 판단으로 이루어질 수 있습니다.
3. 이용자가 지켜 주실 것
- 자동 프로그램(봇·매크로·스크래퍼)으로 점수를 만들거나 서버에 반복 요청을 보내지 말아 주세요.
- 사이트의 코드나 자료를 무단으로 복제해 같은 서비스를 만들어 배포하지 말아 주세요.
- 사다리타기처럼 이름을 넣는 게임에서 다른 사람의 실명·연락처 등 개인정보를 입력하지 말아 주세요. 입력한 값은 링크에 담겨 전달되므로, 별명을 쓰시는 편이 안전합니다.
- 다른 이용자에게 불쾌감을 주거나 법을 어기는 내용을 공유 링크에 담지 말아 주세요.
위 사항을 어겨 발생한 문제에 대한 책임은 그 행위를 한 이용자에게 있습니다.
4. 게임 기록은 기기에 남습니다
최고 점수, 오늘의 도전 기록, 연속 도전(스트릭) 같은 값은 이용하시는 브라우저 안에만 저장됩니다. 운영자가 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. 따라서 브라우저 저장소를 비우거나, 시크릿 모드를 쓰거나, 다른 기기로 옮기면 기록은 복구할 수 없습니다. 기록 복구 요청에는 응해 드릴 수 없는 점을 미리 알려 드립니다.
5. 광고
한판고는 운영 비용을 위해 Google AdSense 광고를 게재합니다. 광고의 내용과 링크는 광고주와 구글이 정하며, 운영자가 개별 광고를 심사하거나 보증하지 않습니다. 광고를 통해 이루어진 거래는 해당 광고주와 이용자 사이의 일이며, 그에 따른 분쟁에 대해 운영자는 책임지지 않습니다. 광고 쿠키에 관한 안내와 거부 방법은 개인정보 처리방침에 있습니다.
6. 후원
한판고는 자발적인 후원을 받을 수 있습니다. 후원은 대가 없는 응원이며, 후원하셨다고 해서 광고 제거·기능 추가·우선 지원 같은 권리가 생기지 않습니다. 성격상 환불은 어렵습니다. 결제는 외부 결제 서비스를 통해 이루어지며 그 절차와 환불 정책은 해당 서비스의 약관을 따릅니다.
7. 저작권
한판고의 게임 코드, 화면 구성, 글, 이미지에 대한 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다. 개인이 즐기는 것은 자유이지만, 무단으로 복제·배포하거나 상업적으로 이용하시면 안 됩니다. 링크를 공유하시는 것은 언제든 환영합니다.
8. 면책
한판고는 무료로 제공되는 서비스입니다. 운영자는 서비스가 중단 없이 제공된다거나 오류가 없다고 보증하지 않습니다. 점검·장애·정책 변경 등으로 예고 없이 일부 게임이나 사이트 전체가 중단될 수 있습니다. 이용 과정에서 생긴 손해에 대해, 운영자의 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
게임의 결과(사다리타기, 뽑기 등)는 오락을 위한 무작위 결과일 뿐입니다. 이를 근거로 한 금전 거래나 중요한 결정에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
9. 외부 링크
한판고에는 외부 사이트로 가는 링크가 있을 수 있습니다. 링크된 사이트의 내용과 운영에 대해서는 운영자가 책임지지 않으며, 그 사이트의 약관과 처리방침이 적용됩니다.
10. 약관의 변경
이 약관은 필요에 따라 바뀔 수 있습니다. 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일을 고쳐 알려 드립니다. 변경 뒤에도 계속 이용하시면 바뀐 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.
11. 준거법과 분쟁
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 아래 연락처로 알려 주십시오. 대화로 풀리지 않는 경우 민사소송법이 정하는 법원을 관할로 합니다.

1. What these terms do
These terms set out the conditions for using Hanpango (hanpango.com). By opening the site you agree to them; if you do not agree, please stop using the site. How we handle personal data is described separately in our Privacy Policy, which takes precedence over these terms on that subject.
2. What the service is
Hanpango is a free collection of mini games that run in your browser with no install and no sign-up. There is no fee, and because there are no accounts there are no usernames or passwords. Games may be added, changed, or discontinued at the operator’s discretion.
3. What we ask of you
- Do not use bots, macros, or scrapers to generate scores or send repeated requests.
- Do not copy the site’s code or assets to redistribute the same service.
- In games that take names (such as Ladder), do not enter other people’s real names or contact details. Entered values travel inside the link, so nicknames are safer.
- Do not put offensive or unlawful content into shared links.
You are responsible for problems arising from breaking the above.
4. Game records stay on your device
High scores, daily-challenge results, and streaks are stored only in your browser. We do not keep them on a server. If you clear browser storage, use private browsing, or switch devices, those records cannot be recovered, and we are unable to restore them on request.
5. Advertising
Hanpango shows Google AdSense ads to cover running costs. Advertisers and Google decide what those ads contain; the operator does not review or endorse individual ads. Any transaction you make through an ad is between you and that advertiser, and the operator is not responsible for disputes arising from it. Ad cookies and how to opt out are explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Donations
Hanpango may accept voluntary donations. A donation is support with nothing given in return — it does not grant ad removal, extra features, or priority support, and by its nature it is generally non-refundable. Payment is handled by an external payment service under that service’s own terms.
7. Intellectual property
The game code, layout, text, and images on Hanpango belong to the operator. Personal play is free; copying, redistributing, or using them commercially without permission is not allowed. Sharing links is always welcome.
8. Disclaimer
Hanpango is provided free of charge. The operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Individual games or the whole site may stop without notice due to maintenance, faults, or policy changes. Except in cases of the operator’s intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use.
Game outcomes (Ladder, draws, and similar) are random results for entertainment only. We are not responsible for money transactions or important decisions based on them.
9. External links
Hanpango may link to external sites. The operator is not responsible for their content or operation; their own terms and policies apply.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change when needed. When they do, the effective date on this page is updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at the address below. If it cannot be resolved by discussion, the court designated by the Korean Civil Procedure Act shall have jurisdiction.
